Different roles, shared responsibility

The operating model below reflects the proposed collaboration framework. Organisations, schools and public institutions have different responsibilities; any formal relationship depends on agreements and required approvals.

Schools & teachers

Guide learners, safeguard participation, supervise activities and verify evidence.

HASF

Proposed community mobilisation and school-level coordination partner in Zimbabwe.

Savitroday Technologies

Proposed digital platform, training and technical-enablement partner.

Public institutions

Any formal Ministry or authority role would be defined through applicable approvals and agreements.

Where HASF fits

Envirolympics is a program envisioned by Heal A Soul Foundation (HASF). Under the proposed national school model, HASF would support local coordination, school engagement, community mobilisation and implementation support. Formal partner responsibilities depend on agreements and approvals.

Where Savitroday fits

Savitroday Technologies LLC is the proposed technical partner for the digital platform, dashboards, staff training and support. SaviSchools integration may be explored only where authorised. School leaders and teachers retain responsibility for student safety and project delivery.

Public-sector engagement and permissions

Any Ministry or provincial cooperation described in concept materials should be treated as proposed until formal permissions and agreements are confirmed. This website does not imply official government endorsement.

Proposed partnership responsibilities

  • Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education: educational guidance, school engagement, governance and evaluation oversight, subject to agreement.
  • Schools and teachers: clubs, safeguarding, student supervision, project implementation and evidence.
  • Heal A Soul Foundation: proposed community mobilisation, local coordination and implementation support.
  • Savitroday Technologies: proposed digital platform, dashboards, training and technical assistance.
  • Environmental institutions and specialists: technical advice on conservation, water, forestry, measurement and any carbon screening.
  • Sponsors and development partners: possible resources, equipment, mentoring, project support and recognition.

Ministry engagement remains a proposal

The October 2026 concept document requests in-principle support, a Ministry focal point, curriculum and safeguarding guidance, fair pilot school selection, environmental-authority engagement, and agreed measurement and recognition criteria. It does not report these steps as approved or completed.
